I’ve had a standing order every Friday morning for quite a while now, and the experience is always fantastic. The team is consistently friendly, greets me with a smile, and my order is always ready right on time. The bagels and muffins are fresh every week, and their great customer service is a big reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

My 3-year-old son and I now have a standing Saturday morning tradition, and not just because the food is delicious (which it absolutely is!), but because of the incredible staff. We actually came in one random morning because I was craving a bagel. We never expected it to become our weekly tradition, but here we are, every single Saturday, and the reason we keep coming back is 100% the people. The staff is unbelievably fantastic. I genuinely don't think they could be any friendlier, more welcoming, or more attentive. They always greet us with smiles, take the time to chat with us, and somehow manage to make every visit feel personal. They even know both me and my son by name, which means so much. The sweetest part? Every Saturday morning my 3-year-old wakes up excited and says, "Mommy, it's Saturday! We get to go see Carlos and the baker with the yellow Jeep!" That says everything you need to know about the kind of environment they've created. My son isn't just excited for bagels—he's excited to see the people who work there. We've been going to this Einstein's weekly for several months, and it is an EXCELLENT location. Great selection of bagels, cream cheeses, pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Staff is outstanding -- manager Stephanie and her crew keep the flow moving efficiently, even when they're slammed. Great job all around! Thank you.

I’ve been coming to this location since before COVID, and every visit truly feels like having breakfast at home. The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and comfortable, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Chris is always friendly, attentive, and brings such positive energy to the front. And a special thank you to Stephanie, the store manager, who clearly does an amazing job leading the team and maintaining such a high standard of service. It’s rare to find a place that feels this consistent and genuine over the years. This spot has become part of my routine, and I always look forward to coming back. I almost wish they’d reserve that corner high table with the raised chair just for me every morning—kidding! Highly recommend!

Einstein Bagels has a friendly team behind the counter the staff are polite and welcoming. That said, service seems to stop at the register. The dining area doesn’t appear to get much attention, with floors that clearly haven’t been swept in some time and tables that could use more upkeep. Coffee stations also go unchecked, so if you’re looking for a fresh refill, you may be left waiting or have to ask. Overall, the bagels are solid and the staff pleasant, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and coffee maintenance takes away from the experience.
